Images are first displayed in a preview screen where the number of previews shown is user configurable. After an image is selected, it may be viewed in full-screen mode with playback options including zoom, speed, and control over brightness & contrast.

Images are may be saved in DICOM, or in AVI or MPG format for presentations or teaching purposes.  In addition, users can perform on-screen measurements and calculations directly on the images.

3D/4D integration options for Philips QLAB and GE 4D-View are also available. This functionality allows users to launch the applications directly from OB-View, display the 3D/4D volumes, process the images as desired, and then save the processed images back into OB-View.

Growth Analysis

OB-View includes a comprehensive selection of GA and fetal weight equations and tables to track growth during gestation. The user can modify these or add others. Ratios, fetal weight percentiles, Doppler measurements, and AFI by quadrant and total value are also provided.

Growth curve charts enable users to easily track fetal development and immediately identify if there is any abnormal growth to indicate clinical situations such as IUGR or macrosomia. If there are multiple gestations, each is plotted in different distinguishing colors on the same chart. An unlimited number of studies can be documented and plotted for each pregnancy. Charts can be embedded in the report or printed on a separate page.

Professional Reporting

6786

The OB-View program allows users to quickly create professional and concise reports for OB/GYN. Easily configurable macros and picklists simplify the reporting process.  Users can quickly set up single line comments or entire macros for normal reports.

In addition, reports offer the ability to embed images, display user-configurable fetal presentation graphics, add logos or accreditation symbols, and customize report titles.  Reports are HIPAA compliant with an electronic signature and audit trail. After creation, reports may be automatically printed, e-mailed, or faxed directly from the application with the Digisonics Rolodex.
